VINTAGE WINGS OF CANADA SALUTES THE TROOPS

Sunday 4 July promises to be a aviation haven here at Vintage Wings as we salute the men and women in uniform at an Open House that will feature the highly acclaimed Canadian Forces Snowbirds.

Celebrating their 40th season this year, the Snowbirds Demonstration Team (431 Squardon) of Moose Jaw Sask, will perform their aerial routine at the Gatineau Executive Airport, 1699 Arthur Fecteau St. This is the Snowbirds' first official air show in the National Capital Region in three years and will take place following their spectacular Canada Day Fly Past over Parliament Hill.

Gates open from 10 am - 4 pm and admission is free to all serving members and their families. A donation from the general public is greatly encouraged and appreciated.

In partnership with STO (Gatineau public transit service) a 'Park and Ride' service is available. in the vicinity of the airport for a small fee with a free shuttle bus.

Tell your family, bring your friends and join us at the hangar. Vintage Wings members will be treated to a special VIP section as our way of saying thanks for being a part of our family and helping keep Canada's aviation heritage alive.
